This is at Erindi camp. you can see a few crocs in the watering hole. There were hippos that lived here too. A large family of elephants came here along with all sorts of warthogs and antelope and even a few slinking jackals.

Old Texan Recipes
The recipes that follow go back quite a few years. As with many old recipes, it is assumed that the cook knows his or her way around a kitchen of the day. They don't exactly waste words with step-by-step directions. Cornmeal Mush (from 1830)* ½ cup Cornmeal2-3/4 cups Water¾ teaspoon Salt Sprinkle cornmeal into boiling water, stirring constantly.
