The attributes of world leaders….
This morning as I was sitting in church listening to the message I found myself really pondering on the questions that were being asked.
The discussion from Acts led to conversation around the attributes of world leaders specifically these top few:
#1 leaders have the determination to face obstacles
#2 they have the conviction to do what they believe is right
#3 they have the willingness to pay the price (in Acts Stephen died for his beliefs)(Martin Luther King & many more did the same)
#4 above all they do what they do with Love

How true 1s this…. how many times have you see people who are fine when everything is going right, but struggle and even quit when times get tough.
It is not if times get tough, but rather when. We are all faced with challenging times. What is most important is how we react to those challenging times. Who do we seek council from, who do we associate with, how do we cope. When we are clear about our life purpose, facing challenging times becomes easier because we see them as learning opportunities.

Responsibility Game…
Most of us have been conditioned to blame something outside of ourselves for the parts of our lives we don’t like. We blame our parents, our bosses, our friends, the media, our co-workers, our clients, our spouse, the weather, the economy, our astrological chart and our lack of money – anyone or anything that we can pin the blame on. We never want to look at where the real problem is – ourselves. Because in every situation we have a part to play.
It is time to stop looking outside yourself for the answers as to why we are not creating the life and results we want, for it is us who creates the quality of the life we lead and the results we produce. Each of us,
