I have been fortunate to align with a company who is the direct seller of bulk REOs who I expect to work with for years to come. The principals are of the highest integrity with an incredible pipeline of REOs, Notes, etc. Unfortunately they can’t accommodate every buyer request in a timely manner. It is for that reason we’re looking for a secondary product source. We have a backlog of experienced buyers interested in residential and commercial REOs & Notes, especially in CA, AZ, TX, NV, FL, NYC and the surrounding area as well as Nationwide. I do not have anyone interested in the rust belt nor houses below $75,000 in value. Not only do
