The Dallas Independent School District Board of Trustees has called a meeting for 4:30 p.m. Monday to discuss and consider approving factors that will go into evaluating DISD Supt. Michael Hinojosa. The biggest factor - 65 percent of the evaluation -- would be based on student achievement, such as test scores and graduation rates, according to the proposed evaluation tool posted online. County records show she registered back in 1990. "I have received no document saying I'm supposed to renew it. I pay my sales tax on it. No one has said it is not valid," Ellis said. Coun
