Another Patch of Aspens

I thought I would stick with what you can see outside my window for at least one more post. On Monday, I showed you the snow and yesterday I showed you a photo three days before the snow. On the Friday before we had our first snow, the trees were FULL of leaves as we left for work that day. When we got home, THIS is what was left. Yesterday I posted a view of the first snow that was taken from my window. That was on Saturday. This photo is from the same window three days earlier, with beautiful golden leaves on the trees. The weather in Colorado never ceases to amaze me.

Snow
Denver’s first official snow of the season was on October 8th but the first snow that actually laid was Saturday, October 10. This is the view from my window because it was too cold to go outside. Our high on Saturday was 26 F. I have a feeling it is going to be a messy winter!
