Adult Responsibilities....

Couch to 5k Running Plan...
Couch to 5k Running PlanSo I have been doing really well with my walking but I feel like I should step up my game a little bit so I am going to start on the Couch to 5k Running Plan.  Now my goal is not to run 5K but to add running into my walking workout for variety.  I figure if I can build up stamina, it will improve my all around general health!  Has anyone else tried this program?  What do you think of it?  It seems pretty simple and like a slow build up---which for a non-runner is fantastic :)

Ok so I have been writing and re-writing this post since last Saturday.
