Smoked Haddock Chowder
This is a simple yet delicious recipe from Helena Puolakka, which she prepared during her live cookery demonstration at the recent BBC Good Food Show. She assured me that, even though the recipe serves 4-6, the quantities are generous enough for up to 8 people.
