Peanut Butter and Jelly Power Muffins
This recipe came from relishmag.com, although I think it may have been reprinted in Parade magazine. My kids LOVE these muffins, and as a bonus? They're pretty healthy. As far as I know they are vegan muffins, unless there's something I've missed. I make a few changes which I will note. The only downside is they take a LONG time to make because of all of the tiny measurements, but go for it. The kids will think you're a genius. Peanut Butter and Jelly Power Muffins
