Body After Baby Challange--Week 8
So it's week 8, the final week of Mama Notes Body After Baby Challenge.  You know, I did better at this challenge than I thought I would.  I've lost 6 lbs!  I'm 4 lbs short of my goal but I'm so proud of myself for losing 6 lbs!  This whole weighing myself has been hard though.  My weight fluctuates so much day to day and even throughout the day.  I try to weigh myself at the same time every day but that's not always possible.  I think my
