Sure, it's Turkey Time, but there's still business to be done -- ugly business, in some cases. The deadline to file claims with the former, now bankrupt, General Motors is Monday, Nov. 30, and several NASCAR-related entities are looking to get some money out of whatever's left of the onetime giant.The claims range from the relatively minor (Auto Club Speedway is seeking $45,500 for a hospitality contract) to the significant (Dale Earnhardt Inc. is seeking $3.3 million for an unspecifi
