| Description: | I am a graphic designer, living in Northern Virginia with my growing menagerie of animal companions. The Menagerie is currently composed of one ‘enthusiastic’ 76-pound Labradoodle, a surly old alley cat, another sweet but terribly slow cat, and three mice I named after my grandmother and her two sisters. About five years ago, determined to learn to knit, I got together with a friend over a beginner’s knit book and I have been accumulating Works in Progress (WIP) ever since. I also accumulate interests, which include (and are certainly not limited to) gardening, beekeeping, welding, painting and drawing… I’m up for pretty much anything. I am blogging at my friend’s urging. I have been a slow starter, having little clarity on what I could have to say that may be of interest to anyone. We’ll see what happens! |
