EMPTY OUT SO YOU CAN BE FILLED.
With thanksgiving just two days away everyone is focusing in on things that we should be thankful for and I certainly am in agreement with that thought but this evening I would like to bring to you something from a different perspective because I believe that to truly be thankful you first have to empty out so you can be filled in order to truly give thanks.II Ki 4:1-7 Now there cried a certain woman of the wives of the sons of the prophets unto Elisha, saying, Thy servant my husband is dead; and thou knowest that thy servant did fear the LORD: and the creditor is come to take unto him my two sons to be bondmen. I Jn 5:14-15 And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us: And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.Notice our opening scripture and what the word of God is saying to you and me as children of GodAnd this is the confidence that we have in him,What a statement that is being made for the purpose of understanding and comprehending the voice of the Lord and for the purpose of revelation and disclosure concerning the things of GodAnd this is the confidence that we

Isa 26:2 Open ye the gates, that the righteous nation which keepeth the truth may enter in.For many years I have searched for and looked after the elusive revival that I have heard so much about, the revival that so many say is coming, the revival that many say is already here, the revival that is supposed to turn the world upside down. And in my search for this revival I have come to the ever revealing truth concerning revival and that is that revival is nothing more than the glory of God breaking forth out the four walls of the church and flowing into the streets of the city.Revival is nothing more than the decreasing of our own selves and the
