| Description: | My name is Shelley, I'm the mother of 3 awesome young men. I had a 15 year career as a lead graphic designer and then art director. I was born in California and used to live in Huntington Beach a mile from the ocean. About 5 years ago, I was in a motorcycle accident and I am a Traumatic Brain Injury survivor. I was moved away from my home and friends. My 3 sons were uprooted from the beach city they love. I started therapy 3 years late after leaving my husband who didn't take care of me. I'm strong again now and I write about how it effected my whole life. I write about it all because I'm still tryin' to wrap my head around it. |
