Just my luck.
I've been sick all week and it's my birthday in two days.  Just my luck.  I had made some plans but being sick and grumpy I canceled them all.I just feel like my birthday's not a big deal but at the same time I want it to be.  I know that doesn't make much sense.  I'd like to do something big and fun but I don't want to plan it and honestly I feel like nobody would show up anyways.  I think maybe I'm still not feeling well and maybe I'm just a bit down.Oh well, at least I have the weekend off.  And I guess you never know what could happen.

Birthday Facebook style
So I ended up making a Facebook event page for my birthday.  I remember doing this last year and I remember becoming obsessed with who clicked on attending or not attending.  Why are people not wanting to attend.  Blah blah blah.It's all rather silly because in the end the people you want there end up showing up.  And quite honestly out of my 300+ friends on Facebook there's only a small fraction of them I actually want to attend.  At the same time I don't want people to feel bad about me not inviting them.  So on the first run through of invites I think I sent some to maybe 20ish people but then I felt bad for not invitin

It's almost my birthday!
My birthday is in eight days and I have no desire to do anything for it.  I just feel like every year I build it up and I just end up being disapointed.  So, this year I think I'm just going to play it by ear and see where the night takes me, or the nights, depending on if I do something on the Sunday or Saturday. What I would love to do is go to the Moose game and then hit up the Pyramid to see Swollen Members.  For some reason this is too much to ask.  I guess my friends aren't rich.  What can ya do? So for now I have no idea what to do.  I know I don't want to end up anywhere

Happy friday the 13th
So another Friday the 13th has fallen upon us.  And of course I work tonight so that could either mean chaos or hillarity.  I'm crossing my fingers that the date won't have any adverse effects on my night.I might sound silly but it happens all the time.  Either with Fiday the 13th's or full moon's.  Chaos usually ensues.  I'm hopeful tonight though, I think it's gonna be a good night.  Maybe something crazy will happen but not something awful.I guess I'll be finding out very soon!

I'm reading this book called "I Hope They Serve Beer in Hell" written by Tucker Max. It's basically a bunch of egomaniac, offensive stories compiled from actual events the author has lived.This guys is a total jerk but he's completely aware of it.
