Whew! Imagine Cheesecake life is sweetly rolling along! I'm loving the busyness and the excitement of advertising my Cheesecakes. I also enjoy meeting new people who have a love for really good Cheesecake. Who knew there were so many Cheesecake lovers out there who will momentarily stop what they are doing to give a thumbs up over the mere mention of a cool, creamy, delicious slice of Cheesecake? Above all, I love simply making my Cheesecakes. Creating them and making them make me happy. It occurred to me recently, social networking is a cool thing. A new acquaintance mentioned spending time each day networking for her business. She either networks by going to a meeting where she interacts with people face to face or she networks from her computer.The wonderful thing about networking, the part that clicked is, networking from my home office on my computer can be just as effective as networking away from my office within a group of people. First Cheesecake Order! (and How I Got Here...)
I received my FIRST Cheesecake order today! WOOHOO!Hi. I'm the excited owner and baker of Imagine Cheesecake located in the wonderful town of Cary in North Carolina.I have loved making cheesecakes for the past few years and have developed, over time, my own scrumptious recipes. Over this past summer, I approached a friend - a fellow southern Californian, who owns a local coffee shop. I asked if I could sample one of my cheesecakes out to his customers in return for their honest opinions of my kitchen craft. I left samples of my Plain Cheesecake.
