I received my FIRST Cheesecake order today! WOOHOO!Hi. I'm the excited owner and baker of Imagine Cheesecake located in the wonderful town of Cary in North Carolina.I have loved making cheesecakes for the past few years and have developed, over time, my own scrumptious recipes. Over this past summer, I approached a friend - a fellow southern Californian, who owns a local coffee shop. I asked if I could sample one of my cheesecakes out to his customers in return for their honest opinions of my kitchen craft. I left samples of my Plain Cheesecake. I was told, a few days later, that his sometimes finicky cheesecake customers LOVED it! My coffee shop owner
