In order to accomplish this, the articles in this website focus on building its readers into empowered individuals. There are many different topics that this site addresses, but the underlying motif is empowerment and optimal living.
This approach is unique because it recognizes and operates under two ideals, 1) everyone has the endless potential to live the life of their dreams and 2) only the individual level of empowerment.
It is understood that the resources that bring out greatness is available, but very few find practical and affordable resources to their disposal. It is my promise to bring practicality to the world of life improvement at no cost to those I am serving.
Empowering oneself is the responsibility of every individual and this cannot be denied. It is my intention to bring all the resources necessary, information, motivation, focus, vision, mission, and make them available in hopes that the individual will use them as a proper resources growing his/her intelligence and empowerment. |

Skinny Bitch
One of the things I’ve been telling people ever since I started pursuing a career in health is that healthy = skinny. I would get this question a lot since I’m a personal trainer; friends always ask for nutrition and exercise advice when you tell them you’re a trainer. I of course don’t mind helping my friends out, but I feel sometimes they don’t believe me when I tell them healthy = skinny. Somehow it’s just too simple and makes too much sense.
I understand how hard it can be to believe this simple statement because for a long time I didn’t really consider it either. I think it’s a cultural thing; we’re bombarded by media, advertisements, celebrities
Finding Your Strengths
If you were to go back in time and visit the Temple of Delphi, you would find the following description written on the pronaos, “gnōthi seauto.” In English, this means “know thyself.” The Greeks too much pride in their philosophical and intellectual ways and even today, we find ourselves using these aphorisms in our daily lives.
Why is this aphorism, “know thyself,” so significant? In life, it is always easier to work from our strengths and knowing these things put us in strategic situations where we can make the best and most intelligent decisions according to our capabilities. This is true especially when we are trying to accomplish something or
Fitness Update #2
I’ve noticed that I’m getting a lot of traffic and feedback from my Fitness Workout Sheet post and it’s been a while since I’ve updated from my last Fitness Update, so I decided I would post about it. I re-began a consistent workout regime two weeks ago in August and it’s been quite interesting so far. I decided I wanted to do a simple workout regime, five days a week, in the morning. So
Create More Value, Create More Money
Financial abundance is very eluding to many people. Most think it’s about earning a certain amount of money and once they do, they are considered ‘abundant.’ With my experiences, I have found this to be an illusion far from the truth. I’ve learned that abundance comes from feeling able to earn money at any time when needed. Let me divulge a little bit more.
When I first started college, I got a job, earned money and started supporting myself a bit more than I used to. I began to notice though, I would get a paycheck and a few days later, have no money. I didn’t have very good spending habits, so I set out to learn what I could do to manage my money better.
Who’s Right and Who’s Wrong?
In life, there are times where we feel we’re torn into two halves. Let’s say you want to train to run a marathon. You have your friends who don’t run marathons and then you have your friends who do. Both groups are telling you two different things and it’s driving you crazy because you don’t know who’s right and who’s wrong, so what do you do? The easiest thing to do is look at where you want to be and compare that to where you’re friends are at. You want to run a marathon, so are you going to listen to advice from your friends who’ve never done it? That doesn’t seem like a very logical thing to do.
The results people get in life are all about their
