Tips to Help the Rehearsal Go Smoothly
If you have a rehearsal, please provide the Wedding Coordinator at your wedding venue ALL the details of the rehearsal, if any, BEFORE the rehearsal NOT at the rehearsal. Example: Names of Groomsmen, Bridesmaids, Ring Bearer, Flower Girl(s), ushers (if any), who seats the parents & grandparents, are the guys walking up first or will the Groomsmen walk with the Bridesmaids, etc. Send the names, positions, etc., to the Wedding Coordinator by e-mail. Groomsmen can double as ushers. This will help make your rehearsal go much smoother and less time consuming.
