Fred - Bare-Eyed Cockatoo
Hmmmm, where do I even begin with Fred. First off, he's a Bare-Eyed Cockatoo, and the reason I almost didn't get BabyDoll. Fred is definitely a rescue. He had 3 homes and 2 stints in a pet shop before me. When I got him, he had been in a pet shop (the second time) for about a year.I
