Okay, so that's over with!
Up .8 today which I don't think surprises anyone ... but the Body Fat % on my scale still went down a teensy bit AND it could have been SO much worse!Onwards and upwards, right?

I had a great weigh-in this past week so what do I do since?Practically nothing!Sure, part of that has to do with the fact that everyone in the house has had some degree of illness this week but I really shouldn't let that keep me from doing what I know I need to be doing.Two days until scale time again and I'm hoping for the best ...

Here in the U.S. we will be celebrating Thanksgiving a week from tomorrow. For some of us this really marks the beginning of way too much indulgence and way too little exercise (unless we count running from sale to sale). I mentioned a couple of days ago that I wanted to come up with a holiday-themed playlist for working out or walking or whatever ... and I came up with THREE!Classics Remixed1 hour(All of these are modernized & really lots of fun!)

Yesterday I not only the little one home from school to try and finally get over being a sickly sicko ... but the big one decided to call in to work and stay home, too! As some of you may already know, that tends to put a big kink in whatever plans I may have for myself. The day gets completely shot and the evening? Yeah, that too.
