The Sign of a Vision Worth Following is a Life Worth Believing
Whether we lead one or 1,000, our followers do not join our quest because of our vision, but because of lives we live as leaders. You see, before one person follows us off into the mission of our organization, our ministry or our family, they must believe in the identity of who we are as leaders. If those of us who are parents (we lead children) walk out what we teach our children, then we have the ability, right and authority to cast vision to them all we want.
