Body: Well I just finished presenting to a great group of developer here in Charlotte to close out my 3 day Charlotte stint. The topic of the presentation was “Realizing SharePoint as a Development Platform.” I promised the folks there that I would go ahead and upload my slides I used for them as well as share the links to the listed resources so here they are. SharePoint 2010 Upgrade Resources
Body: With all the buzz around SharePoint 2010 folks are keenly interested in just what it is going to take to move from their existing SharePoint 2007 and in some cases 2003 instances. While in place upgrades is indeed a targeted scenario with the SharePoint 2010 release understanding the nuances and and needed preparation for upgrading is essential. With that in mind I have been pointing clients lately to three primary resources. There are many great blog entries popping up and I am sure that will accelerate as we move to release but these three really should serve as the baseline for getting up to speed and preparing for the wild ride that will be SharePoint 2010.
