We have a client that needs additional funding to complete a mostly completed ethanol plant.  They are seeking additional funding of $80 million.  They already have contracts in place with a large corporation to purchase all of the fuel produced by the plant.  Our client is willing to use the contracts and plant as collateral for the loan.
