So, whether we’re ready or not, the holidays are upon us. I saw a quip on a blog the other day – pretty soon Thanksgiving is going to be the new Groundhog’s Day, “the forgotten holiday,” because Christmas seems to be pushed on us earlier and earlier each year. I feel we barely passed Halloween, and holiday decorations are already down the isles of Target, grocery stores, etc. Each year we might be forced into thinking a little too earlier about the holidays – but I’m okay with it when it comes to gift giving. Whrrl takes over BlogWorld Expo 2009
Last week, Whrrl headed to Las Vegas to meet up with some of the best new media and blogging peeps this side of the Mississippi (gathered this side, at least) at BlogWorld Expo. Our team – Jeff Holden, John Kim Heather Meeker, Shafiq Shariff and I – landed in Vegas ready to start a weekend of mingling, networking and Whrrling, which began literally the minute we walked into airport and ran into Maya Bisineer, Paolo Mottola and Paolo Tosolini!
