Language: English
Topics: LDS, Mormon, Principles
Description: What we write about will be our thoughts on the Gospel of Jesus Christ - from the perspective of members in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I realized I had never read the definition of these words and while I knew what they meant in a general sense I wanted to make sure
Patience in Adversity
Something that has affected me lately is the need to remember to be patient in trials. In such a fast passed, greedy world, we have learned to want things right then and there. However, the Lord does not work that way. The Lord works on a different time table than the rest of us do. As is found in Isaiah 55: 8-9: “My thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord.
