Netflix comes to the PS3 next month
One of the coolest features of the last Xbox Live update was the ability to stream your "on-demand" Netflix que of movies. Well, we're already into the next Xbox Live update (well, at least some of us have already moved-on) and we're NOW all into Last.fm, Twitter and Facebook on the Live blades. Don't be sad PS3 peeps, looks like you (we) will be also be getting Netflix come this November! Hooray! Movies everywhere! How's that Wii lookin'? Midnight Gaming Championship returns!
The last few years we've been telling you about the (very cool) Midnight Gaming Championship events at North Texas McDonald's. The late-night events have been a chance to show off your gaming skills and win some cool prizes (and cash!). This year, there are events all over the country; and the Dallas event is THIS Saturday! 'Forza Motorsport 3' getting amazing reviews (or "hey, I buy my own games")

So what's got my attention this

Looks like the Xbox 360 will be getting faster Wi-Fi speeds with the introduction of a new Wireless N adapter this November. IGN.com says the adapter will be the same price as the current Wi-Fi adapter ($99). Of course, this requires that your Wi-Fi network is up to speed. So if you don't have an 802.11n router, you're gonna have to invest in that too. The adapter is B and G compatible; but I'm curious if non-N network devices will slow the connection? I have a PS3, Wii, DVR, iPhone, laptop all on my network, and I'm pretty sure none of them are N-compliant. Read all about it on
Proof that 'Gran Turismo 5' has car damage
We can stop complaining that the iPhone doesn't have MMS. Now it does. And, we can stop complaining that 'Gran Tursimo' games don't have car damage. In 'Gran Turismo 5,' you CAN wreck your car. IGN has posted the proof. Now we can just complain that the game will never come out:
