Description: This Blog is a very random collection of my feelings about my nation, my life, my friends... in short ME! India, Bharat as a nation is very vast for a narrow mind to understand. It's past, present and future have a lot to offer. For a naive mind, Bharat is a country of differences... But for a mind truly ready to explore the beautiful vagaries of creation, Bharat is full of Similarities, hope and Direction. Lets celebrate INDIA.

Dear Mr. President
No matter how pompously you celebrate diwali, you are anti -India at heart. Yes Mr. Obama, I am talking to you! I was suspicious since the day you started campaigning and spoke against outsourcing to India. But then, i like all my other naive Indian brothers, was swept off my feet by your poise, colour, and oratorial skills! You spoke well and it touched our hearts! Then you started giving aid to Pakistan without too many strings attached. Silly me..i totally ignored the fact that the money going into Pakistan is directly proportional to terrorism in INDIA and thought you had a humane side. Even when your administration deliberately leaked Gen McChrystal's report
'Vande Mataram'
This is what happens when you dont protect women of your nation from absurd fatwas. It comes and tries to haunt your mother. Countless girls in Kashmir & NE have stopped studies and have acid burns on there faces because there was a fatwa issued against educating girls. We never reacted. Never in our wildest dreams we could have imagined a Fatwa being issued against our National Song. By the logic given, i have no doubts we will soon see a fatwa against our beloved 'Tricolour' too as it comes under the category of an idol...The myriad world of 'Shariat', and 'Fatwas' have always miffed many. One may be able to prove the existence of ghosts but trying to explain a 'fatwa' is
Naxalism and India
My countrymen love sensationalism! And that is what they get from media. When a school girl from Delhi, gets raped & killed, it becomes national news but when countless such girls from Northeast are harassed, bullied and raped almost every day in same Delhi, nobody cares...!Similarly, when a terrorist tries to infiltrate via J&K border and gets shot, he becomes national news but when a normal policewala guy is shot by a Naxalist, again nobody cares..just because it lacks sensationalism!!2600 people, including civilians and police personnel have been killed in last 3 years by communist terrorists who call themselves naxals or maoists. To give you a better perspectiv
Nathu Ram Godse - Man who killed the Mahatma, Part- II
After reading the finishing statement in court by Nathuram in the first part, hardly anyone can claim that he was out of his mind. This assassination was carried out with a clear objective and cold bloodedly. What surprised me the most is, neither did he try to flee from the scene nor did he appeal into any higher court of law for abolishing himself from the capital punishment...!If Gandhiji's killer would have been illiterate, greedy, amateur or confused, people who had and have been selling 'Brand Gandhi' so effectively, would'nt have been so angry. They would have been sad, but not angry. Brand Gandhi would not have been tarnished. The problem was, all the accused were well informe
Nathu Ram Godse - Man who killed the Mahatma
I have never been a huge fan of Gandhian ideologies, philosophies and ways. I always have believed in the full side of the story. There are several Sanskrit half-statements, that we have so often used that they sound like full statements (Truth) now a days. Such as Ahinsha Paramo Dharma! The complete Shloka isAhinsa parmo dharmah,Dharmo hinsa tathaiva cha..!It means 'Ahinsa' only is the topmost guiding principle until you dont have to take up 'hinsa' to protect the righteousness (Dharma). The dislike for Gandhian methods nowhere means disrespect for the individual who
