Results: Winter Trail Series and TMC 2009
This year I started training in about March, I couldn’t really do much running for the first 70-80 days of the year because I tore ligaments in my foot on the evening of the 1st January 2009. I decided I wanted to do well in the Table Mountain Challenge 2009, which meant that I would have Age Division: Male – 18-39 Montrail-CAPESTORM Cape Winter Trail Series Thank you to Montrail-CAPESTORM Cape Winter Trail Series for organising an amazing series of events. A ‘Trail Series’ consists of a number of trail races put together into a point scoring series. These individual trail races are held one week apart for a number of consecuti
