A Couple of weeks ago, I received a wonderful email from a fellow blogger friend. Sherri, The Eccentric lady, was contacting me because she wanted to send me one of her beautiful photos I had left a comment about on her blog. I met Sherri when I hosted the Business Women's Expo last month and was so delighted in her offer to send me this photo as just her way of saying "Thank You". I think is absolutely gorgeous! Sherri says she views each day through the lens of a camera, and if she lives it like she views it, what a wonderful life Sherri must live!

Apologies for my continuous saga of middle school drama, but it's getting the best of my son and I both. Neither of us can keep up!With the holidays quickly approaching I'm pulling my hair out...okay, not literally, but geez I feel like we're both in High School. I've been busy creating in between homework assignments, but photography has really taken a back seat recently. I'll try to do a better job of keeping up and hopefully will be updating the website soon with some goodies for the holidays. In the meantime, have some peppermint to get you in the mood.

Five short years ago, I decided to start my own jewelry business. Having zero knowledge of anything beyond making one pattern of a bracelet and some very simple earrings, I was pretty much on my own. I had done direct sales before, so I wasn't totally lost in the business arena, but I was clueless on how to run a jewelry business, let alone a successful one.
