Miatheo design was founded in 2007 by 23 year old Sevy dewailly, born in France and resident in Kenya, who learned a lot about the fashion industry whilst working for 2 years for the legendary JOHN GALLIANO, Christian Dior's designer for 2 years as an assistant in Paris. She soon became aware that most of the fun fashionable clothes available in the shops in Kenya are imported, and generally prohibitively expensive for the local market. Her line mixes Paris fashion with African style.She loves mixing fabrics, style and uses crazy and funky make-up to dazzle the catwalk. Miatheo is a clothing line fresh, funky, original and wearable. It is a crazy EURO-AFRO mix. Reasonably priced and practical, on the market in Nairobi at MARCO POLO in Nairobi-KAREN.
