Some things you can do right now–Andrew Harvey
Write down 1 thing that has made you feel grateful to be alive today.
Write down, without thinking too much or editing yourself–just “off the top of your heart”–10 things you would say are sacred to you.
Think of someone who has hurt you or betrayed you, and make a commitment to work on forgiving him or her.
Read a short text from any of the world’s spiritual traditions that inspires you with the love/wisdom of the prophets and mystics who know God directly.
When the text you have read starts to light up your spirit, offer a short prayer that aligns you with the pure, deep love that longs to use you as its instrument i
Gratitude and positive thoughts…
“As I grow older, I pay less attention to what men say. I just watch what they do.”–Andrew Carnegie
“As I look for my next career opportunity, I have made i a goal to meet others who are in the same situation. There is power in numbers. We are all in the same boat–one that we hope will dock for each of us soon.”–Annette McKee
