What books am I reading?
No one has asked me but hey, I'd like to share. I'm loving them all. It's been a while since I've had so many going at once though. I do want to say, I will link the books with Chapters/Indigo. The reason I choose them is because of their such quick delivery. This past Sunday I had ordered 12 books from them and I picked them up on Thurs. 4 days. wow. Other things I love....
I love that I can do all things through Christ and that with that acknowledgment I can be and I am humble. It is thoughts like this that keep me humble. Without Christ, I cannot and will not say I am a good mom, a good wife because you know what, I'm not; ALONE. I pray that I can and will always acknowledge that without God I am nothing and deserve nothing. I love getting up in the am to sunshine and light. All the other years I've always liked Daylight Savings but this year....give me standard. I do wish, like Sask, we stayed the same.I love having AH HA moments in Homeschooling. November Already!
Wow, is time ever flying!!! I'm going into this month more thankful then ever and so in love with my Jesus. I love where I am in life right now. I love how, everyday, God brings to my life new things to try and the courage to try them. I love how I've decided it's alright for me to be on the Worship Team. I love how as I type this my kids are playing a video game and laughing so loud I have a headache. Those are headaches I like ( and esp when it is one hour from bedtime! lol). I Can't help but love my GOD!
He is so faithful. The Bible is full of all His many promises and by golly, He keeps them all, all the time! With that knowledge, how can I NOT love my God???? Here are a couple stories of how He has truly blessed me the last few days.This last Sunday I was on the Worship Team for the first time at our church. The VERY first time was at the Women's Retreat I went to a couple weeks ago. I was so nervous about being part of it at our church. I almost threw up...really. yikes. I'm not a singer. What I did realize by the end of the day is, I may not be a singer, but I am a worshiper. That is what God calls us to do. I don't have to be a wonderful trained singer, I just ha

I can't figure it out
I'm weary....so weary and tired. I guess the last couple months are catching up with me??? I have no motivation or desire. It's crazy. Hopefully I will feel better after our Women's Ministry meeting tonight. I also know though that what happens next is up to me. I have a few different choices as I see it:1. Give in. Stay in bed, do nothing and be depressed.... eat like crazy, yell at my kids and husband etc. etc.2. Fight. Get in the Word. Realize this is an attack, a big one mind you. Turn to my God for support, let Him carry me.3. Fight and fight some more. Blame everyone but me, gossip, talk about it and make everyone feel miserable.
