Monadology
Further to my previous post, I am very happy to report that the 21st Century Monads, true to their promise, have released two new songs. The first, ‘W.V.O. Quine‘ is haunting in its advocacy of a partial Quineanism. In a style reminiscent of Evanescence, we are first assured of the plausibility of mathematical realism, before being brought face to face with the full horror of denying the analytic-synthetic distinction. ‘All I want to do‘ is an upbeat number which had me tapping my toes, eve

One of the benefits of plural interpretations has been thought to be that they offer an av

Northern Philosophy?
A new philosophy blog, which looks worth keeping an eye on has appeared. Philosophy North is the cyber-incarnation of the new Northern Institute of Philosophy at Aberdeen. Interesting stuff, even if I’m not at all convinced that Aberdeen satisfies ‘northern’.
