Party Submissions Update
I just wanted to let you know that for now I will not be taking more party submissions. I’m so far behind. I literally still have submissions from August to feature. I love that so many of you have submitted your parties and I feel bad that I just can’t get to them all fast enough. So rather than continuing to make the wait even longer, I’m closing submissions for a few weeks. I will put a notice up when I’ve re-opened the submission form. For now I ask that ya’ll hang in there. I really do desire to feature all of you, but most likely that’s not realistic. Please know it doesn’t have anything to do with the parties themselve

Summer Surf Party…oh and a Water WAR!
Hello Party Girls! It’s me, Shannon your Creative Party Place Hostess. Today I’m actually sharing one of my own parties. It was my son’s birthday party at the end of the summer. I went with a Summer Surf Party Theme. It ended up being too cold to swim. So I luckily found an amazing deal on large water guns…and I decided to expand my surf themed party into an all out water war. With 10 little boys…who could go wrong!! And thanks to my hubby’s smart thinking of adding a hot water to the outside hose bib…it was totally bearable. I even joined in and got COMPLETELY soaked (sorry no pics of that!) Enjoy my Surf Party…..

Pretty Pony Birthday Party
