Description:	I started this blog mostly as an experiment, and it slowly grew into my own little outdoor magazine and a place to post my photos and incoherent ratings. I'm amused by the whole "HEY - look at ME!" element of blogging, but I'd encourage you to also click on some of links under "What they said." I try to avoid posting about politics and religion and am quite comfortable with the fact that most of what I have to say is often only interesting to me. Through this blog, I've met some really nice folks, and I've disseminated a fair amount of information on a variety of topics.
