5 Keys to Wealth and Happiness
Recently, I noticed a book on my bookshelf that I had not picked up in many years. The name of the book is “Unlimited Power: A Black Choice” by Anthony Robbins and Joseph McClendon III. I took it off the bookshelf and began flipping through the pages. What struck me immediately was how profoundly the content of this book has shaped my perspective on life. Many of the principles and concepts I’ve integrated into how I see the world.
Another thing that struck me was the date I purchased the book. On the inside of the book I had written “Purchased
Important Events in American History: A Mindmap
There are some events in American history that have impacted Americans in very profound ways.
As an American, some of these events I’ve experienced personally, such as the 9/11 Terrorist Attacks where I was actually living in New York City when it happened. While others I know only through history books.

The Mindsets: What do you believe about intelligence?
What do you believe about intelligence? Do you believe that intelligence is fixed? That is, either you have it or you don’t? Or do you believe that intelligence can be developed?
Dr. Carol Dweck explores these two mindsets about intelligence in her book “Mindset: The New Psychology of Success”. This is not your everyday, run-of-the-mill self-help book. This is a well researched, thought-provoking book that explores how having a certain mindset determines how you feel about challenges, obstacles, effort, criticism, and the success of others.
Dr. Dweck’s research is transformational.
To capture the essence of the two mindsets, the fixed
