Description:	A Culinary Institute of America Graduate, I am a Private Chef by profession. A Private Chef works for one family. A Personal Chef is a contractor that works for multiple clients. I am a rare commodity and most don’t quite comprehend that there are very rich people out there that don’t cook for themselves. I work in households that have a Butler, Housekeeper, Laundress, and Gardener. Most of the time, I am alone in the kitchen with my own thoughts. MOST of the time, I am thinking about cooking, cooking science, creative food….food food food…. every day, 3 meal a day, seasonal, special occasion, catered for the Gulfstream…you name it. All those that know me understand that Chef Sheila can only be alone with her own thoughts for just so long and then begins to become kind of unhinged. Those that know me also understand that if I don’t get this need to communicate out regularly, I get too chatty and well, long winded.
