Back in the saddle again
Ok, so today was the first day in WEEKS that I have felt human enough to drag my lazy ass self to the gym during lunch. Today we have a meeting so my work out was cut short. But let me be honest. I did not have any desire to go. But I did.Oh boy do I have some ground to recover. Just Zumbaing once a week for the last month is not going to cut it. Granted no one could have predicted the creaping crud from hell, or any of this 'life' stuff that has jumped up and kicked me sharply in the teeth. So, kids let this be a lesson for ya. Eat your wheaties, stay active, and dont get sick! Oopsie, I seem to have de-railed myself again. I
Just a quick Reminder.
I have been pretty sick for the last week and a half. Runny nose, body ache, temperature. This has made my working out almost impossible. Here and here are quick links to info on working out while you are sick.So I am not working out till I am better - so I am amending my goal. I will work out on days I am well enough.

One of my partners in Crime will be selecting my reward while she is out of town. I am rewarding myself with a knock off Burberry handbag. It is no secret I love designer things - especially if they come form the UK. So there is my motivation. Faux Burberry.
New Day, New Month, New Goal
Ok so, yesterday I started a calander for the month. My office mate will be signing off on it daily so as to not tempt myself to skip.Oh and I am cutting out Beer until the 31st (Other than Oktoberfest). Wine and liquor only please!SO - I am posing this to you. On october 31 how should I reward myself? Please share any ideas you have - I am shooting for under $50. Oh - and not UBER un-healthy.I will be looking for comments!
Motivation - where have you gone?
Weight loss total suckage.It is ridiculously hard to be motivated to loose the damn weight when you work out and nothing seems to happen. You eat healthy and gain weight. You realize that your jeans just keep getting tighter. It really makes you simply want to tear your hair out. I am creeping closer and closer to 200 lbs and I just want to scream. I want my body to respond. I want I want I want. - I feel like a toddler not getting my way! Why is this not working? I may have to post this to some problem solving group to get answers! Aaaahhh- this breakdown brought to you by a sincere frustration. You may now return to your regular scheduled programming.
