In case you weren’t paying attention, Congress today passed a “doc fix” for health care, preventing a 21% cut in Medicare payments to doctors.  This is what’s considered “a good thing.”  Unless of course you’re Eric Cantor and trying to make a political point. So every time you see Eric Cantor, as he did today, squawking about “jobs” and “deficit,” please keep in mind some simple facts about Mr. Cantor.
